3️⃣ Quotes & Pricing
Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information shared by you at that time. If the scope increases or new requirements are added, the final cost may change..
Note:
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started
Digital services cannot be returned like physical products
Delayed payments may pause the project timeline
5️⃣ Third-Party Tools & Services
Some features may require third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, etc.). We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or costs related to third-party providers.
Example: Hosting outages, API limits, plugin bugs, external service failures.
6️⃣ Project Delivery & Revisions
We do our best to deliver high-quality work.
Revisions are included as per the agreed plan. Additional revisions or new feature requests may incur extra charges.
After final delivery, the project is considered complete unless ongoing maintenance or support has been purchased.
7️⃣ Limitation of Liability
We always aim to provide secure, high-quality digital solutions. However, Sylentix is not responsible for:
Losses caused by third-party tools
Misuse of delivered files after handover
Security breaches on client-managed servers
Issues caused by unauthorized code edits
We recommend using secure hosting and following best practices.
